Non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted 24/7 through your Resident portal. Go to the “request” tab in your portal and provide information regarding the issue. You can also upload photos or videos.

Any maintenance issue involving leaking water is considered an emergency. Please call 717-406-8187. For fire or other emergencies please call 911.

Your monthly rent payment can be submitted through your Resident portal by clicking on the “Payments” tab. Residents have several payment options to choose from including autopay which allows for monthly recurring payments from a bank account or credit card.

If you are locked out during normal business hours (M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm), please call us at 717-406-8187. There will be a $50 charge for this service.
If you are locked out after-hours or if no staff member is available the resident must call a licensed locksmith. The resident will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith. If any damage is caused while attempting to re-enter the property that will also be the responsibility of the tenant.

We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. We also require payment of the first and last month’s rent prior to occupancy.

Our application fee is a non-refundable $30 fee per applicant. Everyone who will be residing at the property who is 18 years or older must complete an application and submit the application fee.
